The Siras make over will endeavor to
provide high quality Services and high quality Product.
However, Sira is not, and will not be responsible for any
consequential or incidental damages resulting from any
malfunctioning of products from sira's Services and supply,
including, but not limited to, any interruptions of service,
regardless of whether such damages arose from sira's
negligence. Although the Siras will endeavor to safeguard
customer’s interest.

the service rendered. The balance amount will be collected
right after the occasion immediately.
Payment will be made by cash or payable
to ‘SIRAS MAKE OVER’’
Any refusal or dispute regarding the
payment result in legal action will be brought against. For
which the customer or the company which engage Siras make
over will be held liable for all the cost and damages to
Siras make over.
Upon renting the jewels or dress a
refundable deposit to be paid in advance. The amount varies
due to the different nature of the jewels size and its
value. The item(s) to be returned in good condition to siras
within 4 days of the actual occasion. Should the items
rented either broken or scratched or de-surfaced or
dis-coloured or dented or any other than not the original
condition the refundable deposit will be forfeited. Should
the customer delay the return a daily interest will be
charged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this
Agreement to be duly executed and delivered as of the date first
written above. deposit fee will be paid in advance for the
